I started in real estate few months ago. I haven't been able to find serious buyers or investors till now. Any advice?

I'm a serious cash buyer and always looking for deals that I can rehab and sell to a retail buyer. But the question is, what can you provide that every other agent in town can't, or hasn't? Figure that out and I'll be first in line of many.
