Hello from Daytona! I'm glad I found this site. I have yet to "purchase" my first property but have been all around the real estate game. I am a licensed realtor but in an inactive status as I am currently working as a licensed CAM. In addition, I am also managing a SFR and a duplex for a customer. My wife and I had a triplex and a SFR passed to us which we are managing ourselves. I am a former student of the Ron Legrand course from about 2009. I am currently looking for additional education but more importantly jumping in on my first deal. I am looking to lean on this group and would also like to contribute the best I can.
