Daytona is not the best area, but we own some properties in Port Orange and Edgewater/New Smyrna Beach. Very good tenants and nice areas outside of the heart of Daytona.

I'm not a member yet but have been looking into it. General membership is $150 and $50 for an ad-on.

I believe there is a CFRI meeting in Port Orange on 10/26. I am going to try to make that one. It will be my first meeting.

Welcome to the forum. I live in Edgewater, FL and am in the same boat you are. I have bought the Ron LeGrand real estate course many years ago and have been lurking and learning for many months. I just don't know where to begin to find the right deal. I would love to meet up with some of the experienced investors and learn from them.

I am from the New Smyrna/Edgewater area but have my regular job in Orlando. I'd love to be able to sit down and pick the brain of the veteran investors as well. Great idea.

Raj I think Roma St is most likely in a ""war zone." I'd look a little closer st the area.
