I WONDER THE SAME THING ABOUT GOOD HOMES THAT FALL OUT OF ESCROW AND END UP BACK ON THE MARKET

if its anything like cali they have a koo 6-8 months if they work it right 

 to be honest i have not used them yet. just #1 on my list so far. I met with them in person the weekend of my inspection. they charge only 7.5% the name of the company ( golden west property management) reviews seem to be good for the most part. i was also considering ( triumph property management) the have real good reviews as well and charge 8%. Im actually going to give them a call monday 

 Damn bill you gotta big mouth ... lol wasn’t nobody suppose to know about my $5,000,000 pint house, guess the cats out the bag now thanks man!

@Darius Anderson whats the rush for? because of the rates going up? im actually in the middle of closing on a 4 plex out in las vegas
