Hey all, just picked up a 3 family in Worcester, Massachusetts with some old appliances. The tenants are currently having issues with their old Caloric combo gas range/heater. It looks very similar to this style oven. Essentially none of the igniters are working on the stove top. I'd rather replace it than find someone willing to work on these things, they just seem like a headache.

My question is, can I just split the two apart by buying a new natural gas oven and putting something like this beside it? Anyone aware of any MA laws against doing something like this? Thanks!

I'm wondering this as well as I'm currently in the same predicament with BoA. I've heard good things about Webster Five but haven't looked into it yet. Also if you don't mind, I'd like to piggyback this post.

I'm just wondering does each units security deposit have to be placed in a separate interest bearing account? I have a 3 unit building which isn't a lot, but does someone with 100+ units have 100+ security deposit accounts? Seems kind of silly, I feel like I should just be able to combine them but obviously not commingle with personal money.

I just closed on a triple in Worcester with my agent Joe Abramoff. He owns investment properties in Worcester and knows his stuff. He works for Real Living Barbera Associates, owned by Mike Barbera (who is also a Worcester investor). Pull them up on google if you're interested:
