Hi neighbors! Any good attorneys in the area that are familiar with foreclosure process in WI? We'd like to add sheriff's sale to our deal funnel and need to learn the process. For those who used HELOC for down payment on rental, how do you plan to pay it off when loan comes due? Line of credits that I had seen are due in 10 years (balloons). Just curious
