There is a house I want to buy in El Paso, TX, scheduled for foreclosure the 1st of November. I am in the process to submit the affidavit of heirship (maybe will take another 4 days to be completed). Currently on the title co. 

Am I missing any step? Talk to the bank, submit another form to title or bank?

This is my first time acquiring a house this way.

Case: Bank is foreclosing on property “Normandy”, the property is under “Teresa” owns the loan with the bank. At Normandy lives “Maria” who claims be the owner of the house and who has been paying the house for the last 4 years with no delays to “Teresa” – Owner Finance.

What are options for “Maria” and what documentation should have to prove ownership and save the house?

Hello all, 

Problem: I am loosing leads due to the seller (foreclosure) did not complete the Probate process and I do not know how overcome this problem and buy the property!! 2 cases in one week, frustrating!

Other investor / wholesaler bought the properties without completing the process. The seller mentioned that they are bonding the property. The famous "creativity of the investors".

Can somebody explain?

Case: The seller has a house with a construction registered of 1,300 sqft. Over time added two rooms without city permits. Now the construction is 1,600 sqft. He was renting. Location El Paso, Texas. 

If buy, how can I fix this situation and what are approximate financial/legal expenses?
