All, Is there any site where I can download forms - templates (Free preferably with no Credit Card information)? Such as the Purchase Agreement (Primary and Backup Offer) for the state of Texas.

Situation: found a first-buyer for the property, signed a Purchase Agreement and the inspection is schedule for next 4 days. I asked the realtor agent if I could continue showing the house, he said "no problem". However, a second-buyer wants to proceed with an offer.

What is the recommended course of action?

As an investor: when you have a house ready for sale. What is the typical / recommended percentage given to the Real Estate Agent? Any additional advice will be appreciated.
