@Sean O'Dowd
Haha Sean, that is too funny. I’m glad I’m not the only person thinking about this type of move.
I’ve been interested in real estate for the past few years... thanks to Brandon and the BP team.
Would be awesome to connect on a quick call if you’re open as well.
Always happy to expand the network :)

Hello BP Nation!
I am just in the beginning phase of transitioning from a 5 year career in Tech sales to dive head first into real estate as an agent here in the SF Bay Area.
I have a good friend who has had a lot of success over the last few years in real estate who is creating a team and wants me to build it with him as his first agent under the Intero Group in the South Bay.
What my question is. What would be best for me personally and professionally? Just starting out as an agent with ample sales experience.
Do I help my friend build a business and team from the ground up or would it be better to find and join an established team at a COMPASS or Keller Williams or something like that.
Thank you in advance for your input!!

Hello BP Nation!
Wanted to take a quick second and see what people opinions are on good markets to BRRR in.
I’m in the Bay Area, California and more than likely looking to do some out of state investing. Let me know any and all thoughts/ suggestions. Happy to share my experience here in California as well.
Thank you!

Hi BP Community!!
Using BPInsights I've been analyzing and scrubbing their market data to find attractive cities to buy in. Across 22,000 cities I've calculated RP Ratios (Rent to Price) and found the market appreciation city by city.
Having nearly a complete data set across the country, now comes the fun part to analyze this. I'm hoping to get some guidance from the community on how you identify good potential target cities to invest in for rental income or BRRR strategies.
Attached is small subset and screenshot of the data I have. Direct message me if you'd like me to send you the full data-set.
Thank you in advance for being the amazing people you are!
