Thank you Tom for your response. Something new I learned from you. My current strategy is to keep the property for few years. I am in process of getting to know other financial options. The more I am waiting, more way they are offering to finance this property which is raising my concern on the property itself. I will update this thread as I finalize this deal. 

I found a good deal for Multi-Family home in Tampa area. My agent is talking me into getting 15k down payment assistance from their mortgage company since I will be living in one of the unit. Should I go ahead and get this money which is basically a loan or use my own money for down payment? What are the Pros of Cons of getting down payment assistance? I am a first time buyer, any suggestions?
