We have a pet Real estate agent. We call him Michael Zazzemia, ... Zizzamia.... (way too many Z's in his name)...  We list all our flips with him, and you should see him now. We tell him "DOWN" and he sits down, We throw a stick at a house and say Fetch, and he runs after it and brings it to us. 

We have a SOLID relationship. He is always willing to give us ARV's market predictions and just awesome cunsultation without even having to ask him. We take care of him, he takes care of us.

Sadly though ... many people don't operate like this. Its always me me me me me... and Agents are just fed up.

So respond with what you will bring to the table and I am willing to bet that with a bit of credibility, awesome intentions and professionalism, who knows, one of these evil real estate creatures will actually get out of theirevil lair and say hi.

Ticor Title in Bellevue is another great choice - they do a lot of double closes and assignments for wholesalers.

Looking for an investor friendly, do assignment transaction and double closing title company at WA Seattle if any wholesaler know or work with one of them would be appreciated thanks .
