I'm very much new to the entire real estate investing game. I am planning to purchase my first home(duplex) within the next couple months and I have been furiously reading to learn as much as I can about buying in my location(Columbus, OH). I recently heard that I have to wait 2 years until I can buy another property. Is that true? And is there a way to get around that? Thanks in advance and any help is welcome.

I know my post is off topic for this forum and this particular thread but how do you go about learning different languages at a rapid pace?
