Thanks this makes a lot more sense now. Obviously the bank still wants someone liable for the loan. I think I have found some banks that won't count the LLC debt towards my personal debt-to-income ratio.

I sold my house and another flip property to purchase two apartment complexes under an LLC. Now I'm trying to buy a duplex as my primary residence but the banks are telling me that my debt-to-income ratio is too high. If I set up a trust as the owner of my LLC will that separate me enough from my LLC to not have that show up on title work?

My house in Morgantown is currently on the market. Once it sells, I would gladly pay $1000/mo. I know that's less than you want, but that just happens to be the price range I am looking for. Figured it can't hurt to give you the option. (FYI no offers on the house so far so it would likely still be a bit till I could take it)
