Trust as owner of your LLC

I sold my house and another flip property to purchase two apartment complexes under an LLC. Now I'm trying to buy a duplex as my primary residence but the banks are telling me that my debt-to-income ratio is too high. If I set up a trust as the owner of my LLC will that separate me enough from my LLC to not have that show up on title work?
