Looks like no brainer.... What sits across the street from the wash and on the sides of it?

Seems like alot opportunity with freeway near by and Belle Isle too. I understand the packard plant area is for lease. Would anyone wish to capitalize on the the near future would be buying the area.

Does it seem like much of the Detroit commercial property is for sale? A dense area of investment for commercial must be the Packard Plant. Any thoughts or near the city airport?
