Hi, do any of the investors here have an home owner insurance company that they have had good experience with and recommend for multi family buildings in Louisville, KY?

Thank you!

Thank you very much Aaron, much appreciated! Has this been your experience of cost in Louisville? I have no knowledge of HVAC at all yet but it appears to be one unit that is a furnace and airconditioner (?)

Great, thanks so much Craig! I really appreciate your input. I do not know yet for sure whether a new unit will be required or not but the inspection showed that it seems the unit may never have been serviced and the filters not changed, so I am trying to anticipate the possiblity of replacing it. When I find out for sure I will definitely message you. :)

Does anyone have an experienced opinion on what replacement and installation of a new HVAC may cost in Louisville, KY? The house is a 4000 sqft duplex and 100 years old. I am not able to have a HVAC contractor access the building for a quote yet. Trying to estimate possible repair costs for the building.

Thank you so much!

Have a great time everyone. Wish I was there already to join in.

Thanks @Raphael Collazo, I appreciate your input! Sure I will pm you........A meet up sounds great. I have not moved yet to Louisville and am still in LA. I would love to join in once I get there. :)

Good to hear its improving. I wonder why there is crap landlords and management in the area.

Wonderful! I will pm you Jake so we can chat. :)

Thanks Rob! Do you feel that values are increasing in this neighborhood? When you said "try to buy close by" did you mean close by to where you live?

:)

Thank you so much for your response @Michael Seeker!! I will PM you shortly for sure, and would love your input. I'm pleased your feelings about the neighborhood are the same as my impressions. :)
