I am a rookie and I am looking for my first property, and although I live in Austin, Tx....I have been looking in Colorado as well. I have been glancing at properties on Zillow, Trulia, Redfin, Realtor, etc. There is a chance I may move up there for a job promotion, and I just want to be prepared. What are the best ways to learn about the Market there (Denver and surrounding areas) and what should I look for?

@Jordan Moorhead That is great information. I didn't know reserves while utilizing a house hack was less of an issue, why is that? An extra source of income is very feasible. I appreciate the response.

Thank you @Dan Burstain that is encouraging as I want to make good cash flow for my first house hack. With everything going on I know everything will be a great learning experience.

I am looking for my first house hack this year in the Austin, Tx area, preferably a MF property; during times like this (covid-19), is it still a good idea? What should I prepare for during these times of uncertainty.
