@Will C. Ugh right?!? 😂🗣💦

@Chris Mason Agreed. I’ve posted screenshots of her and tagged her (she has two IG profIles and easy to fInd), and have also PM’d her. As far as I’m concerned she didn’t get permission so the videos belong to me. If I can’t monetize them directly I’ll at least use them for worthless internet points on ReddIt. 😂😂

@Marc Winter my company knows me as the woman who can monetize anything so this is right up my alley. :)

@Russell Brazil

It does. We charge for commercial shoots. But it isn’t even about the money. It’s about the neighbor on our neighbor who can be seen in the video.

Poor Larry.

@Myka Artis Thanks and agreed. The initial shock has worn off though we keep finding more videos! She shot in every one of the four bedrooms, the kitchen, the bathroom, the living room and one hot tub/outside area!

She also used my good olive oil as...well, you know. 😂😭

@Jon Crosby

Awww, thank you! We’ve rented our homes for commercial shoots a number of times. We don’t mind people filming, but you’re right, normally we charge a day rate ($1500 and up) and require a list of equipment and COI.

The initial shock has worn off a bit and I’m less angry than I was. But like you said, it’s the invasion—especially on my neighbors—that really irks me. 😭😭

@Paul Sandhu she’s easy to find. Just search for the Oregon library girl. When you see her in a pink room, that’s ours.

@Julie McCoy I have a number of attorneys. However most don’t know anything about such things. I’m hoping for others who have experienced something similar.

We’ve had many shoots done in our homes. None like this.

As the title says. A friend of ours found a gif of a woman bouncing on one of our beds with our very particular artwork in the background.

Through this we were able to do an image search and found porn videos shot in our home. So far we’ve found seven.

Fine. We figured this would happen. We’ve been hosting since 2011 and we know how this goes.

But here’s the issue. We found a video of her shooting outside our home with our neighbor visible. This irks me. We are very particular about our rules and not disturbing our neighbors.

We can tell by shots of the house that it was a few years ago (no fence, no doggy doors, etc), so we’d never be able to pinpoint the actual renter, but we do have the actress’s name. She’s fairly famous in Oregon for doing the same thing at her college library a few years ago. I’ve reached out to her to no avail.

Is there anything we can do? I’ve asked PornHub to remove the material shot in our home without our consent, but I imagine that will be ignored, too.

@Ken Latchers Evolve is now charging anywhere from 15-20%. Its criminal, tbh.

My full service guest management firm charges 20-30%, depending on a number of factors.

The “in the cloud” model is struggling. Turns out people really want to know there is human backup if/when something goes wrong with what will typically be the largest capital investment they make.

Thank you for your responses on here. It’s a breath of fresh air to see someone who aims to cater to the guest experience, not just the cash. With one comes the other.
