Post: Finding a realtor willing to make multiple offers

I have found some really great deals for my clients with making multiple offers. They don't necessarily have to be super low offers. We do make multiple offers on many properties but that is simply because majority of my clients have the ability to flip multiple properties at one time.  I am looking to start flipping in my area and want to hopefully partner up with one of my clients or someone in the area who is also currently flipping.

I have been following the BRRRR strategy with a buy and hold approach, buying low and renovating the properties placing a tenant and repeat. I would like to ideally flip 3-5 properties a year.

Doesn't matter the age just get started! You could be 80 years of age and wanting to get into real estate as long as you have a great system in place and know how to run your numbers it really doesn't matter when you get started. JUST DO IT!

@Melanie Heiges why dont you consider partnering with someone in your area on a flip and split everything 50/50. This will give you the knowledge experience and tools to getting started. You will also be able to decide if flipping is what you really want to do without putting all your eggs... well in this case all of your money into one basket. Find a mentor on Biggerpockets who is willing to partner with you.

@Samantha Miller  .. may I ask what kind of loan is it that you have applied for?

@Jared G.... weird... Set the expectation with her. I am sure once she has alittle but more direction from you, she will get it together and give you more solid help. I think someone may have already said this. I think its time to set up a meeting and let her know how you are feeling about this process. Get over that hurdle and I am sure you will be smooth sailing from there. If not then, its time to find a new realtor who will get you the answers you are searching for.

@Samantha Miller what if you had a significant other who just so happened to pay a portion of the mortgage monthly? Is that not the same as a roommate? I would say that as long as you are living there it should be fine. I mean people have family members and friends who have to move with them all the time. The lender can't bar you from having family or friends or complete strangers who want to help you pay your mortgage ;) I think it should be fine as long as you make sure to pay on time and don't give the lender any reason to come snooping around on your property...

NOTE: This is not legal advice, I am not licensed to give. Just my own experiences and have never seen a clause as such.

I like the idea of find other ways to cut different items in your budget to get granite or some kind of solid surface options.
