Hey Brian, I think its a good area for a long term rental with St. Mary's not far away, fairly central, and close to some amenities like Woodlawn Lake. It's not the highest rent area in town, but could be  a solid base hit. I like to stay North of Culebra on that side of I-10. 

I'm looking for a Texas attorney (preferably San Antonio or Austin- call me old fashioned I still like to meet with people!) we can add to our team for help with LLC creation and advice as well as legal counsel and evictions when needed. Ideally I would like to find an attorney who is also an investor themselves.
