@Scott M. Thanks, pretty sure the dog is actually there, my husband was there one day and they were clearly hiding something before they let him in. But definitely a good thought to verify!

Hello!
Found out through our HVAC guy that our tenants are hiding a dog because he stepped in a pile of poo inside the house...
How have you dealt with tenants who have hid pets?!
