, it was a major waste of time I post it before I went to the free seminar  then I signed up for the 3 day boot camp  and from reading the book he gave me and what I learned online i had 3 deals under contract  well I tried the boot camp with several people who took the free seminar and showing them the properties I had on the contract well listen to San Merrill and crew didn't like it I was approached and offered a refund and almost thrown out of the 3 day boot camp and one of my new friends with purchase of $30,000 training apprenticeship with Than Merrill and had buyers regrets and went through Hell to get her money back

my journey is funny i read alot and did a free seminar  (no names than Merrill ) so feeling motivated i paid for a 3 day boot camp but being a quick read i had 3 deals by the time i got to the boot camp i was proud  and i showed up at the boot camp with my new friends from the free seminar but i did have an assignment cluase in my contract but this was my result for showing what happened i was almost thrown out of the boot camp i also didn't close the deals and i didnt know i agree to a price that was only 15000 dollars over my best offer so i learned due your research on the area  comps and stay away from gurus and marketing marketing marketing its mandatory to generate leads

I have 2 people lending me money to do this flip but she whats a documentto send to an attorney because she is lending me the money for a 90 day period but it has to go back to her 401k in that time frame to avoid penalties can i do it myself or should i get an attorny
