have anyone heard of this company call Sun loan company? Suppose to be a private lender out of Florida? Everything just seem to good to be true! They do 100% financing 

Yea i think thats what im going to do! im a talk to my bank today! also my strategy is to buy reo's and bankowned, foreclosure homes, to fix up and flip! i have inside access with a realtor who can get me the deals! i actually have the money! i just see everybody using the bank money and figure thats the way i should go! my credit score is a 803! i have roughly 347k in my 401k around 72k in stock at my job! around 35k in my bank account not including my saving! have bout lil over a million dollar worth of prpoerty that i own for personal use! but now i wanna build a empire far as realestate! i own a couple homes but they are my personal homes! and vacation homes! but yea i want to buy homes and flip them using more of the banks money and little of mines! because my wife is a nervouse wreck when it come to gambling our own money! and me on the other hand im a risk taker! and thats how i am where i am today!
