@Jeffrey Holst. The question is did listening to podcast numbers 150-310 stop you from putting it into practice and achieving your own goals?! I've definitely listened to over 100 myself and I found that to be incredibly educational, but also limiting my time and making it real easy to NOT be working on REI of that makes sense.

@Carlos Soto can you define a good deal? What criteria are you looking for? CoC return %? Value add/potential for appreciation, cash flow per unit, cap rate???

@Jay Hinrichs. Great point! I’ve had mine for 10 years and still going strong. Although with all the appreciation in Denver it’s approaching triple the value I bought during the recession so I’m starting to wonder about a 1031 if valued rise further.
