Nick J. - Iknow you can research SS's on here but I am looking to get some newer data on whats working now.... most posts I lok up are at least a year old.... or even 6 mos is a long time in RE investing... :)

Monica Breckenridge - are you getting a contract between you and the buyer before backing out and submitting their offer?

Jon Holdman - it would make sense if the bank didn't approve what you were trying to do with the SS.... you really have no input in what they do on their side... or your not supposed to! :)

Monica Breckenridge also do you just hold the properties for 15+ days? need to look this up for GA....

@Monica... this makes it sound like its illegal to wholesale! the properties shouldn't have been at that loan amount to begin with!!! thats what caused all this... oh well. What do you guys suggest? hard money? private money? my attorney doesn't mind double closings at all...

If your a wholesaler what other options are there? selliing the LLC?
