Thanks everyone for your recommendations. To answer a few questions, I recently just finished 10 SFR this past year. I have all my reserves tied into the project since I did not do funding for these but rather self funded. Im currently in the process of getting it rolled into an actual mortgage since these are rentals. However, a great deal came along my way. Although there may not be 100% financing I'm wondering what's usually the most a lender will lend on a deal with a great return and any recommendations, thanks!
