Has anybody used NACA before for financing? I am interested in purchasing a multi family property to house hack. I am not a first time home buyer so unfortunately I’m. It eligible for many of the down payment assistance programs. I’m aware of the low down payment options with FHA and the conventional 97. I stumbled across NACA that advertises 0 down and 0 closing costs. Does anybody have any experience with them?

Thanks @Anthony Thompson! I have been listening to the podcasts. I also found a real estate investment group here in RI, I’m planning on attending their next meeting on the 16th. Portsmouth is my number 1 choice, but as you mentioned, very pricey.

Hello, I’m Michaela from Rhode Island. I’ve been reading the forums and I’m excited to learn more. I’m 23 years old, a recent college grad now working full time and pursuing my MBA. I’m interested in house hacking. I’m looking for a multi-plex and am hoping to stay within 30 minutes of my job in Fall River. I’ve been closely looking at Portsmouth, Swansea and East Providence. I’ve been using the tools on this site to analyze the different deals I’ve come across. The stories from others on here are very inspiring, I can’t wait until I have my own to add!
