Thx for the replies, I listened to the pod and read thousands of pages of forums before moving forward. I will continue to update on how my endeavor ends up. My personal house and land purchase was successful along with an instant 100k in equity with another 240 acre purchase. These deal's is what got me excited about doing more. I got this idea and then got real excited when I talked to my banker and found out I can use my equity in the land I have as a line of down payment's.

I am interested in some opinions on the best Vacation Rental Software for me. VRBO is the most used website in my area with AirBnB being second. I am looking for a software that utilizes these and syncs calender's. I would like it to track alot of rates and expenses and keep properties separated.

Hello, My name is Michael and I am a young investor just breaking into the game. I am located 30 minutes south of Branson,MO and am using my location as a strategy.
