@Brad Ter Beek I actually currently work in Groton so I'm not far off most week days at this point. Would be interested to hear about this area also.

@Anthony Thompson thank you for all the advice.  Yes the state laws are a definite consideration for us when picking an area and trying to read up on all of them now.  I admit we're definite totally new to this on the legal/real estate side versus the construction side and trying quickly to catch up.

@Cedric Boyd yes would love to discuss the area some time.  I know I saw events from prior months in Manchester but I haven't seen any current ones pop up. But willing to meet up at any point.  That goes for anyone. Looking to learn as much as possible.

Hi all. Found BP through my research and been feverishly stalking the forums and listening to the podcasts lately.  My partner and I are starting a Flip and fix orhold business.  We're both from the Manchester CT area but he's currently in RI and between the two of us been analyzing both markets to try to figure out the best area for us.

Currently trying to put our team together and figuring out the best way to utilize the funding we do have and make the first plunge.  Looking forward to picking up tips from and working with other investors!
