What's your objection to the boyfriend's visits? Do you suspect something underhanded is going on? If not, and if the tenant is as great as you say I wouldn't make it an issue. Tenants should be entitled to have overnight visits from their significant others without having to add them to the lease.

Follow up and give them a call back wouldn't hurt..

Good question. In the past the rental market was much hotter and I never found myself having to push applications as it was usually the other way around. As the rental market's softened I should adapt and keep that in mind. I actually did make a follow up call and left a voicemail. Was just curious if anyone had any best practices on how to follow up. Thanks!

When you show your rental property to a prospective tenant who seems really interested what's the best way to follow up with them without looking desperate?

Hi Everyone,

I'm wondering if anyone has had any success posting to any niche sites or online groups that are more geared towards higher end luxury rentals. Any help or suggestions are appreciated, thank you!
