I’ve contacted NicklinPM and Key Properties at the moment . Placing a deal under contract in Henderson and a few fix and flips . Key properties is in that area so it’s working out very well.

When paying them , in our contract should we put that we will be paying them out of “rental value “ , “rent due” or “rent collected”

Appreciate the great advice ! We are in the Las Vegas area , decided to go with two well know local property management companies .
