@Ben Winchester , thank you for your reference.  I'll listen to that podcast.  I can see why the law is in place to vulnerable people from being taken advantaged of.  We will just have to buy their house and set them free!

Can a borrower (with a Mortgage) sell his house on a Contract for Deed without triggering Due on Sale Clause?

Can a borrower (with a Mortgage) sell his house on a Lease Purchase without triggering Due on Sale Clause?

Or is it on Lender's discretion?
