I didn't realize there was more than 1 12WY book. As far as what type of people just people who have specific goals that they want to achieve and want to use the 12WY method to do it. My 3 goals are to purchase another house, pay off at least 1 credit card and to sell off unneeded equipment and organize storage areas I have. Not particularly huge but things I've lacked executing on. If this goes well I'll have more for the next 12 weeks. Building on 1 after the other.

Mike Morawski,
Thanks for the advice I'm getting better at the time block/scheduling but it is taking time to break old habits. I'll definitely consider your coaching.

Does anyone have suggestions on office organization? tracking receipts? payments? etc? How much time do you spend actually managing your properties? I have 9 properties with 20 doors, have been in the trades all of my working life and am ALWAYS behind on paper work. My natural instinct is to work with my tools and push off paper work and as I grow it's just not working. My wife and I are 58 years old, foster parents, semi retired with 5 grown kids , and also adopted our 4 year old son. From a time and energy point I'm heading for a crash.

Don't beat yourself up to much, I've made similar mistakes. It sounds like you're pretty close to completion. Ask around-realtors, friends in the trades etc for a recommendation on an electrician that will be willing to help you out without making it a big deal with city inspectors. You'll find one. You'll probably spend a little more money but be able to keep yourself out of trouble with the city. Education costs and The School of Hard Knocks is the most expensive.

I went to Nashville and enjoyed it for the most part. Good talking with other investors and I had the privilege of meeting and talking with Mindy Jensen! The topic of one of the sessions Jay Scott was doing was changed at the last minute. Not the end of the world but disappointing. I plan on being in NO and have faith the conferences will only get better. By the way - how do I register?
I went to BP CON in Nashville. How do I register for New Orleans in 2020?
