I've been researching and it seems that most sources are say yes to creating an LLC. Has anyone had any experience with creating an LLC for their Airbnb or regretted not creating one? The property is in PA and it seems like it is a smarter idea to create one since it will be a quicker turnaround of guests than a conventional lease. I also own another property so I think it might make sense to create the LLC?

Currently in the process of getting a HELOC from PenFed, I was required to open a simple savings account to continue with the application. Did anyone else experience this? I don't want to be stuck with a savings account if I get declined for the HELOC.

@Mike Shemp

I looked at Wellsboro, there’s not too much for sale there and I looked at Airbnb’s in the area and they seem lower priced than other parts

@Scott Kunz

It’s funny because I’ll see these properties pop up and that’s the first thing I think of when I see them! Yea I’m doing a bunch of research on it. I notice location and amenities are necessary

Just bought an investment condo in Florida, should I put it in an LLC if it's just one condo? Some people say I should to protect myself others say it's not necessary.
