I am new to this, but what I have seen myself before entering the arena of investing is the low cost in the mid west. I am out of Nebraska and have lived all over the world. I am right now in the process of starting there in the Omaha area.

Thank you Logan. My brother lives there and we were talking about doing this there in the Utah area and I said I would knock on some doors and see what we could do. I will be in touch.

I am looking to start working with properties in Utah area with my brother and will be the actual owner. Right now I am in Nebraska which is my primary residence and want to know how I can go about putting together a LLC in Utah for us to start a business there. If anyone can aid me in this I would appreciate it. Thank you.

This is for sure is giving me some points of direction. I love the mid-west and it's culture.

Thank you for this. Very interesting and gives me some idea's. I am looking at moving back to Omaha Nebraska, but recently been wondering if maybe I should consider somewhere else as with my career working online, I can move anywhere. When I finish the contract I am on I plan to get more involved into rehabbing properties and not just doing REIT's.

I know there is house flipping all over the USA and have various friends that are involved. I am looking to return back home in 2024 and was thinking if maybe that is the best option. So I am wanting to ask what everyone's opinion is on what state is best for Rehabbing/Flipping properties? Thank you for your time.
