I am not looking to do this, but if I may need to, I would like to ask has anyone done this route in financing a purchase? Can you tell me the in's and out's of this process? Thank you in advance.

@Debbie C.

Thank you for the advice. I might consider just doing that as I don't want to run into legal crap. I know of people that are "Sue Crazy" and I don't want any part of that. It's not the 80's anymore. If I may ask. How much is a PM?

Collecting all the intel I can and this place is scoring high in the ranks. That aside I have a question for all of you.

I know people that rent and flip for that reason I am getting involved. However the part of property management and the laws I have some worry. For sure there are good people out there with good intent, however you also have the troubled ones as well. So I am weighing the options of paying for property management or just going at it alone. Can you share your views and experience with property management. I would appreciate it.

That is what I am planning to do as in starting small. I was looking first into buying my own home and then moving in roommates and then go from there. I will look into the REIA and start networking for sure. I have my membership with the Masonic Lodge in Washington State and will also be looking to network through local Lodges in Nebraska when I start. So this information with the REIA is very helpful, thank you for that.

I was thinking of that when I return to Omaha Nebraska. A friends of mine in Utah buys houses and then rents out the rooms for $500.00 a month. So I will take a look further into this. Thank you for your help.

I have family and friends that are involved in various area's of Real Estate and of course since I have decided to jump in, the advice I have been getting in numerous. However I still want to look at my options. As for anyone I do not want to fall into a trap.

So here is my question for all of you if I may. As for someone that is just starting and planning to go in full time once I can do so. What is the best avenue to proceed with. I will have money in June 2022 and will be looking to start my investing then. As of now I am researching obviously. Thank you for your time.
