Good evening to you all,

I have been gaining tons of traction in the back half of 2017 and im extremly excited for 2018!!

here are some or the things i would like to share if any of this is appealing to any of you please feel free to reach out.

- I am currently in the process of acquiring my next commercial apartment building in which I will be partnering with other investors.

-I am looking to continue to expand my network with other like minded individuals with the goals to work together to help each other achieve our goals 

-I have a stradegy that i have implemented earlier this year in which alows me to get in contact with motivated sellers of small apartment buildings in which I am currently wholesaling, as well as putting specific properties under contract my self with other investors.

This property is a Unique Colonial style Two Family w/farmers porch on gorgeous 1/2 acre corner lot of desirable Wamsutta Road. First floor: updated kit, high ceilings, hdwd flrs, newer windows & lots of charm. Finished walkout basement. Separate utilities. Gas heat.

this property has had a lot of updates and work done within the last 2 years to both units. and needs absolutly nothing on the inside. This out side of the home needs to be painted and some landscape work needs to be done.

My name is Mike, I am an active buy and hold investor in the Rhode Island and Massachusetts markets. I am currently looking to purchase my next real estate property (specifically commercial multi-family) by the end of August this year. Great content @Anthony Thompson you seem to be really knowledgeable of the RI market!! I am grateful to be able to be a fly on the wall in this thread lol. I also currently invest in the RI market and as most others am finding it difficult to find good deals. Do you focus on acquiring residential Multi-families, commercial apt buildings, do you utilize the BRRR strategy?

If you don't mind sharing your strategy in this current sellers market I would greatly appreciate it.

Good morning fellow New Englanders I hope you all were able to dig your selves out.

I was told about this thread yesterday and @Steve Bracero this is a great idea!! and I would love to help anyone, as well as learn from all of you.

I am a Buy and hold investor I currently own 2 multi- families and closing on my 3rd this month. I am looking to surround my self with other like minded individuals that are passionate about real estate and who are looking to use real estate as there vehicle to financial freedom. I am currently searching for deals in the Rhode Island and Massachusetts markets but also am interested in learning about the Connecticut market as well.

I  would love to talk or exchange emails with all of you!

Anthony thank you for that information I greatly appreciate it.

Mike Hurney I assume when you say Multis you are referring to residential multis and I do not think that is a bad strategy at all. I just believe in minimizing the amount of structures to maintain over a long period of time. With me being a Buy and hold investor in it for the long term I want to maximize the amount of rental income with out having the burden of repairing to many roofs, foundations, sidings, ect... the more under one roof the better. 

But that's just my belief ;)
