Hello I'm a Veteran and I'm in a  process of divorce & my boys may lose the home that I invested for them. I currently have a fixed rate of 2.25% for 25 yrs. To refinance the mortgage loan now will go up to 8% as the NV law dictates to split equity any suggestions to protect my boys’ future.  Thank You and God Bless

I'm in Florida and do not have a realtors license.  I'm working for a broker and real estate agent (as a contract handyman I'm not on their payroll)  who have recently become involved with rentals.  Sometimes they're across town and can't show the property.  Is it legal for me to show the property to the prospective tenants as long as I don't collect commission or sign any paperwork.  Thank You!!  

This is off topic but can some tell me how to start a topic in this forum?  I can reply to topics other people have started but I can figure out how to start my own topic...getting frustrated I've looked all over this page for 10 minutes.  I'm a new member.  Thank You!!!
