So in the process of you fixing this house up think of 3 ways you can produce revenue off of this property.It will force you to keep on track with your budget. And maximize the most amount out of each property you purchase.

I have one more thing to say as you can tell that all my business Decisions are based on faith from God i’m not on Facebook Twitter or any other site only bigger pockets I’ve enjoyed listening and reading from a bunch of investors through the years but your true character is not how well you’re doing good times but how will you do when it is difficult I have never stopped in these times looking for opportunity to purchase deals I hope that the investors on the site look back in a few months and see their character and apply that to your future deals and try to become a better person and live less in fear

God is in charge of our finances as well. If anything I’ve seen out of this it has slow us down and made us reflect and refocus our life which is a good thing much needed for a lot of us

I have some properties that are in need of service repair painting flooring etc. those tenants who cannot pay you might use them to barter In Lieu of partial or no payment
