My wife and I live in the DFW area but have an investment property in Tyler (4-plex).
Prices seem to be much more reasonable in Tyler and we've found the city to be quite active / growing. Lots of rehabs, flips, etc going on. I've met several investors in Tyler and the real estate community is quite active there.
Feel free to reach out with any questions...

I'm evaluating Stessa as well as Tenant Cloud.
Make sure you read terms and conditions, and that you are comfortable with these. With Stessa you are granting them power of attorney
"...you hereby grant Stessa and Service Provider a limited power of attorney, and you hereby appoint Stessa and Service Provider as your true and lawful attorney-in-fact and agent, with full power of substitution and resubstitution, for you and in your name, place and stead, in any and all capacities,..."
I'm also not sure how they use your data, bank account info, etc. They have access to all of this.
Other than privacy so far both look like decent offerings.

Is anyone concerned about Privacy and what they do with your data?

Yes, this is Lance Wakefields new company. He used to own / run Shoreline Properties, but split from Shoreline (I don't know the reason) and started Win Win.
I purchased properties from Shoreline (when Lance was there) and never had any issues - transactions always went smooth.
I don't know Lance or have any affiliation...just sharing what I know.

Hi,
I am a new member and currently reside in Plano Texas. I have one rental property in Frisco Texas which I've had for about 5 years now. It has done very well, and I'm currently looking to acquire 2 - 3 more rental properties.
I'm interested in finding homes in either Collin County or Grayson County, updating them, and turning them into rentals. I'm also very interested in flipping houses, but feel I have a bit more to learn before attempting my first flip.
Looking forward to learning more here on BP.
