Hello BP family!I am so grateful for this forum. I am in the market for a new Accountant who is knowledgeable about 1031 exchange, "STR loophole ", and seller finance. I know that a tall order. I am based in NY but property held is in FL and TN. Please post your referrals. Thank you in advance!
