Need help filling a vacancy in my Duplex located in Los Angeles CA 90011. The unit is newly constructed 1750 sq ft, adjacent 2 car garage, 5 beds and 4 baths, 2 story unit. Hardwood floors W/d hook ups. Its kinda awesome. 

Open to new PM's and idea to rent out asap.

Duplex bought with VA home loan.

Bottom of market and had the VA benefit. New construction duplex.

New construction. Didn't need to.

Section 8 sucks. first 2 tenants evicted. Property Management will make or break you!

Yes. 2 PM companies. Horrible experiences. Agent Eighty 8 company found the pocket listing. highly recommend.

I am looking at several turnkey opportunities with this company and communication is starting to breakdown. I wanted to know if anyone here at BP has worked with this company in the past and what their experience might have been.

Can you send me the details of the property - what is your preferred method of delivery. If the building is rent controlled and not up to date on rents I will have to pass.

Andrew - how distressed is the structure of the building? When was the last rehab of the property?
