I'm beginning to look in the Minneapolis area as well. Does anyone have suggestions on reputable property management company In that area. Most of them on yelp have bad reviews lo l. Thanks.

@nathan platter it's good to hear you are finding potential deals in Minneapolis area.
Im originally from that area. I live in California now although I'm just beginning to look in Minneapolis area for multi family deals. So far from afar I've seen some good stuff.
