@David Mussaw
Shift your mindset away from the limiting belief that you're in imposter. Feelings lie! Your experiencing negative feelings because your doing something new. Growth typically doesn't occur without some discomfort. You've described all the reasons why you're qualified to be a phenomenal Realtor. It's time for you to believe it!
2 beliefs I subscribe to that give me confidence as an agent.
#1 There is no limit to my abilities!
#2 My clients are lucky to have me represent them because I know how good of a job I'll do for them, and how I'm saving them from another agent who won't produce the absolute best result for them.
Everyone who's left you a positive comment believes in you. Now it's your turn!

Hi @Account Closed. I'm local here in Indy. I've got some turnkey properties for sale that I currently managed, and have done 3 flips, working on #4 now. Also, a full time broker. How can I be of service? Thanks!

Recently, I've had two incredible opportunities come my way, I've got a Letter of Intent (LOI) out on one (haven't received a response yet), and have just finished analyzing the other...
...At this point, I'm not sure what to do. I was thinking of doing a real estate syndicate (haven't done one of those yet) wholesaling, or helping the current owners retail. Ahhh! What do I do?! Any direction, help, guidance, coaching, (partners :D) Would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Hi, I have a potential off market mobile home (trailer) that I think I can get for a steeply discounted price...Curious as to what anyone thinks of wholesaling a mobile home? It sits on just over an acre and isn't on a lake, but in a lake community. You can walk to the lake in seconds. Thoughts?
Thanks in advance!
