What are the options for getting a real estate license online? And what is needed to keep the license?
Are there different licenses to be a property manager, real estate agent or appraiser? Or does it fall under one license?

Great follow-up question @Laura Sulak because that's where the real money is spent. You cannot practice real estate until you are sponsored by a broker (e.i. Keller Williams, RE/MAX, etc.). Joining one of those brokerages will cost you a monthly fee. At the completion of your first year you must meet the Continuing Education (CE) requirements to renew your license. After that first year renewal is every two-years. Don't let all the hours scare you. If you have a college degree some of those credit may count toward your required hours. TREC & the school you attend will let you know what will count. Let's call it over $1,000/year in dues & fees not including those due monthly to your broker and costs to take continuing education classes and market yourself.
Thank you for the detailed answer. This helped alot
