Thanks, I didn't think that was right.

Found it on page 10 under Additional Terms.  I just found that this is my second post on the subject as I thought the first didn't go through... the terms listed for the admin fee are for that version of the company's contract.

I want to use a blank FARBAR AS-IS without the terms.

Yes, I want to use the form as an investor with the seller (FSBO).

I am under the impression that banks must accept the first off they get for REOs. This is coming from another investor's knowledge. Is this correct? If I make an offer on an REO listed with an agent, does the bank have to accept my offer? And, would the wholesale still be the same process as far as double closing or assignment?

I downloaded the Florida FARBAR AS-IS contract and see an administration fee going to a realty company for $195. Is this a legit fee and do I need to coordinate with the realty company listed? Since I downloaded the contract from a specific company website, I wonder if the contact was modified to benefit them.

This is the third time I post my new member intro... I keep forgetting that I can't add any emails, phone numbers, or anything that will advertise my business/service.

Let's try this again.

My name is Miguel; I'm pretty much new to BP and REI. I've taken an accelerator course to teach me about REI and making deals, but it was a bit too fast to have everything sink in so I'm working on building my purchase contract and assignment contract as I would like to start with wholesales and maybe a rental or two to get some cashflow.

Today I incorporated as an LLC to make sure I'm protected.

I'm looking for the following:

  • other wholesalers to do some deals with
  • buyers
  • lenders
  • title attorney / title company

I'll hold my questions for another post, until then; let's connect on BP, meet for coffee, and see how we can help each other.

Simply amazing turn-around on this house.  I'm just now starting in real estate and this kind of story is highly motivating to me.

Awesome job @Tyler Leonard
