Thank you Aaron. Also if im flipping a house which team member would be worth looking into first.

For the most part a team is just an agent and a property manager if you buy turn key, maybe throw in a contractor if you are doing rehabs, but in general yes you should know who all these people are before you sign on the dotted line if you need them.

Hello, I'm fairly new to real estate investing and the guide mentioned to have a team. Is it better to look for a team before making a inquiry on the property,or after.
