I listen to the bigger pockets podcast all the time, and recently I've gotten really interested in mobile home parks. To say the least bigger pockets has inspired me. However I am not sure how to follow through with my ideas and how to make it all come to life. I've found some great spots in Delaware for a mobile home park, Ive even talked to a couple about selling. But again my knowledge on what to do and how to do it is still very limited. I wanted to know if I could possibly work with someone on a deal or at least pick someones brain on how I could make this happen.

How's it going ?!?!

I'm a new young face trying to rise into the investment realm within the Delaware area. Currently I am 21 attending the University of Delaware with a degree in Environmental studies and sustainability, with an economics background. I really want to get into buy and hold real estate to create residual cashflow. I am very ambitious, hard working and most of all I am a peoples person. Also I am in the process of getting my real estate license, so overall I am starting young and I want to move very fast.
