Ok I was able to look up the law and some key terms so I at least know what people are talking about. I noticed while looking this up that there are websites dedicated to "finding foreclosures for you" have any of you guys used these?

What is the best method to use for looking up pre-foreclosures and foreclosures? There has to be an "insider" way, because the deal would be lost if it gets to all these web sites, am I correct?

I know this is an older post, but what are some typical terms for a multifamily deal? Years? Downpayment? rate? Etc...?

A rookie here. Looking to get started in the pre-foreclosure deals but want help on where to start to learn about this area. I know there are late night info ad that will tell me where to start, but would like a season vets or professionals advise. Is there a book thats better then the others? A web site? I have so many questions but need the basics first.

Thank you in advance.

Hello, rookie here tired of the corporate greed. I want to make money for myself, while providing quality homes for people who can't get a mortgage. I have bought and sold homes before but only for primary residents. Any help is much appreciated, especially about financing options.
