Thank you @Claire Trammell that's a good feedback. I'm going to get a list of LIS and target a more specific sector of the market. I also going to do driving for dollars get directions and call the owners. That's my strategy..... I will post the results.

Hi Andreea Furtado I'm starting in the same place as you are. As Jay Hinrichs says I'm going next month to get my real estate agent license, I think that if you want to play the game you need to know the rules.
